At Savor Collective Inc., your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

EU Customers: Right to Cancel

If you are a customer in the European Union, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us before the 14-day window expires.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Email us at savorcollective.inc@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach photos or a short video clearly showing the issue.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and when to send your item back.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Supporting photos or video will help us resolve it faster.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Opened or used personal care products (e.g., brushes, wipes, shampoos)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Gift cards or final sale items

If you're unsure about your item’s eligibility, feel free to ask before requesting a return.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have (after approval) and place a new order for the correct item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If your return is due to damage, defect, or our error, we will cover return shipping.
  • If you’re returning due to personal preference or ordering the wrong item, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.

International Orders

If you’re returning an item from outside of Canada, return policies may vary based on regional shipping rules, customs, and carrier availability. Additional return costs or duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective. Contact us directly for instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
