Thank you for visiting and shopping at Savor Collective Inc. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Note: Orders placed during peak seasons or promotional periods may experience slightly longer processing times.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Savor Collective Inc. operates on a dropshipping model, with products shipped directly from trusted suppliers in North America and internationally. Delivery times vary by product, location, and supplier.
Domestic Orders (Canada & U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business day (We will try to expidite it as much as possible)

International Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 10–31 business days (Delivery time may vary based on destination and customs clearance.)
    While we aim to deliver within these timeframes, delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or other external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders, no minimum required. This applies automatically at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate. You can also track the progress of your shipping here.

5. International Shipping and Customs

We ship to most international countries.

  • Duties and Taxes: You are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or taxes incurred upon delivery
  • Delays: Customs inspections may occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times
  • Returns Due to Unpaid Fees: If an order is returned due to unpaid import duties, we will refund the product cost but retain the shipping fee

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • No shipping to P.O. Boxes for international orders
  • Certain countries may be restricted due to legal or carrier limitations
  • Some items may have special restrictions (e.g., hazardous materials), noted on the product page

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please do the following within 48 hours of delivery:

We will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

Please retain all original packaging and items until we’ve completed the claim process.
